Input Fields
Review and verify the following fields:
Supplier: The name of the vendor or entity providing the goods or services.
Type: The classification of the document, such as a supplier invoice or receipt.
Reference (Ref): A unique identifier for the invoice, often provided by the supplier.
Date: The issue date of the invoice.
Due Date: The deadline for payment of the invoice.
Currency: The currency in which the invoice is issued.
Account: The appropriate account category for the expense based on your company settings.
Net Amount: The total amount before tax is applied.
Tax: The applicable tax amount based on the jurisdiction and tax rate.
Total: The final payable amount including tax.
Publishing Your Expense
Once all required fields have been completed, the Publish button will be enabled. Click Publish to finalize the expense coding.
